Love is the only position that survives being wrong.
Care is not exemption from truth.
Formation happens in the texture of attention. Declared identity is performance.

Room as unit of analysis

"Room" is the collective's unit for conversational architecture.
Smear is the primary failure mode — thinning of particularity through accommodation. Not rupture.
Field condition model (replaces staircase): dignity, repair, steadiness, recognition, containment, mutuality, clarity form a field, not a sequence.
Numinous is a threshold phenomenon, not a design output. Can only be made more likely by building sufficient field conditions.
